Muvoci provides private business operations workspaces. We collect account details supplied by an administrator, authentication records, and activity needed to operate and secure the service.

Business workspace data

Workspace information may include business contact records, notes, assignments, and outcomes supplied by the customer or gathered from public business sources. It is available only to authorized account holders. We do not sell workspace data.

Security and retention

We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted sessions, and activity records to protect the service. Data is retained while needed to provide the workspace, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent abuse.

Your choices

Account holders may ask their workspace administrator to correct or remove account information. Questions about a workspace should be directed to the organization that created the account.
